All Sales are Final:
- Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry designs and art sculptures, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a product arriving damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:

- Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will offer a replacement for the damaged item, if available. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
